Reflexology and complementary therapies at The Sole Garden in West Wickham and Neal's Yard Remedies, Bromley.

Hello.
I'm Jen, a fully qualified reflexologist based in Coney Hall, West Wickham.

Your experience really matters to me.

This is your time to relax, destress, unwind... it is solely for you, solely your time.. I want you to leave your worries behind for a while.. breathe and relax.

A little bit about me....

I found reflexology or rather it found me.

I had been a specialist nurse for fifteen years and also, as a carer, I was constantly under a lot of stress. I was recommended to try reflexology and I never looked back.

I felt deeply relaxed after my treatment and felt wonderful having that time just for me.

I became better at managing my stress, slept better and began taking control of my own health.

I loved reflexology so much that I became a Reflexologist and studied my diploma at The London School of Reflexology.
I am fully insured and a full member of the Association of Reflexologists.

What to expect from your treatment

I make each reflexology treatment unique to you and your specific needs.

My treatment room is in my cosy and peaceful garden cabin amongst lush green surroundings and
is time for you - to naturally reduce stress, restore your body's natural balance and promote healing from within.
